Brick Walls
Complete family lines cannot be guaranteed due to lost documentation from wars, fires, or other loss
of records. (What genealogists call “brick walls.”) Additional research billed hourly, may be available.
Although this does not guarantee success, Carol is very good at finding her “gems” of hidden
information.
Turnaround time for family tree charts
Minimum two weeks. Every reasonable attempt is made to obtain as much documentation as
possible within the agreed time frame. Additional research can be provided if time is available. This
additional research may or may not complete the chart. (See “Brick Walls”).
